For districts with the USPS API integration, the USPS Address Report allows administrators to review validated, invalid, and unprocessed addresses.
The USPS Batch Validation scheduled job is used to validate addresses in batches through the API. You can set the number of addresses that are sent each time the job is run to prevent hitting the rate limit.
1. In the Students menu, select USPS Address Report.
The report displays for the school selected at the top-right of the screen, with the Invalid option selected by default.
2. At the top of the screen, select the Unprocessed, Show All, and/or Include students from all schools options, as desired.
The report displays each student along with their address, grade, and override reason. The USPS Valid column displays Unprocessed, No, or Yes to indicate the address validation status.
3. Click a student's name to open Student Info for that student in a new tab.
