The Blackboard Transfer Logs screen allows users to review records containing errors as a result of the Blackboard integration and resend the records that were not previously successful in the transfer.
Ensure that you review the scheduled jobs for a successful integration via Setup >Scheduled Jobs: Load Data From Blackboard API and Transfer Blackboard API Data.
1. In the Setup menu, click Blackboard Transfer Logs.
2. Select the correct Blackboard integration from the Select an Third Party System pull-down. This pull-down populates based on the integrations set up via Setup > Blackboard APIs.
3. Review the list of unsuccessfully transfered records to Blackboard through the API in the Third Party System Error Log section. All the listed records contain an error that didn't allow for a successful transfer.
The Third Party System Error Log displays the Route, Blackboard ID, Focus Uuid, Last Attempted Send Date, Last Successful Send Date, and the Error.
4. Click Resend Record to resend the specified record.
5. Click Transfer Pending Records Now to resend the records that were not previously successful in the transfer. Clicking Transfer Pending Records Now allows you to try to resend all records at once.
