Student Summary

Updated on

The Student Summary screen displays key student data on one screen, including ESE, ELL, and 504 indicators, custodial contacts, current enrollment/attendance details, current year grade summaries, letter logs, discipline graphs, published reports, select demographic fields, test history, and applicable ESE exceptionality details (for Florida districts). The Student Summary respects the user's permissions, e.g. if the user does not have view permissions to Test History, the Test History section of the screen does not display.

In Users > Profiles, ensure the appropriate profiles have the View permission enabled for the Student Summary. All administrator and teacher profiles that have the View permission to Student Info will have the View permission enabled for the Student Summary by default. For parents and student profiles, the View permission for Child Summary and My Summary must be manually enabled.
