FOCUS-60149- Budgeting/General Ledger | Add Column Sort Options to Drilldown
Budgeting/General Ledger - Column Sorting Added to Leave Invoices on Budget Drilldown
The Leave Invoices section of the Budget Drilldown report now supports column sorting on Confirm ID, Hours, and Leave Date, consistent with the sorting already available on other columns (Employee, Pay Date, Posted Date, Amount) in that section.
- Confirm ID - Clickable sort control added (ascending/descending).
- Hours - Clickable sort control added (ascending/descending).
- Leave Date - Clickable sort control added (ascending/descending).
Previously, these three columns were missing sort controls due to a typo in the column header attribute (date-sort instead of data-sort), making them appear non-interactive while the remaining columns were sortable.
How to Access
- Navigate to Budgeting/GL > Expenditure/Revenue Report.
- Run the report with the desired filters (e.g., Expense, period, function/object/facility/project).
- Click any Expended YTD amount link to open theBudget Drilldown.
- Scroll down to theLeave Invoices section.
- Click column headers for Confirm ID, Hours, or Leave Date to sort.
FOCUS-59676- Mobile App | ERP Modules Permission Change
Mobile App - ERP Modules Permission Change
Updated the Employee Self Service (ESS) mobile app permission validation so that ERP ESS permissions are recognized regardless of whether the user accesses the mobile app through the SIS or ERP login. Previously, users had to hold the matching context-specific permission (e.g., SIS permissions when logged in via SIS). Now, having either the ERP or SIS permission grants access to ESS mobile features from either login context.
- Cross-Context Permission Recognition - Users with ERP ESS permissions (e.g., hr::view_ess_pay_stub) can now access ESS mobile features when logged in through the SIS side, and vice versa. A separate set of SIS-only ESS permissions is no longer required.
- Mobile App - Time & Attendance Permission - A new "Mobile App - Time & Attendance" permission is now available under the SIS Teacher profile at Users > Profiles > [Role] > Employee Self Service (ESS). Enabling this permission allows assigned users to access the mobile punch-in/Time & Attendance feature.
How It Works
- A user logs in through the SIS portal and navigates to the mobile Community App (e.g., /mobileApps/community/).
- The system now checks for ESS permissions in both the user's ERP profile and their SIS profile.
- If the user holds any valid ESS permission in either context, the corresponding mobile ESS features are displayed:
- Pay History and Check History tabs
- View Paystub and Print Paystub actions
- Time & Attendance / Punch-In (if the Mobile App - Time & Attendance permission is enabled)
- To enable Time & Attendance for SIS users, an administrator navigates to Users > Profiles, selects the appropriate role/profile, and enables "Mobile App - Time & Attendance" under Employee Self Service (ESS).
See Profiles > Employee Self Service tab for more details.
FOCUS-59541 - Permissions | Override Approvals
Override Approval Flow Permission
A new permission-controlled Override Approval Flow feature allows authorized users to bypass pending approval tiers by selecting a specific approver from a tier-grouped dropdown. This extends across Budget Maintenance, Manual Journals, Purchase Request/Orders, and Accounts Receivable Receipts — including their Internal Accounts counterparts.
- Unified Override Widget — A new reusable approval override dropdown (with tier labels and a full-chain tooltip) replaces the previous one-off PO override implementation. The widget shows pending approvers grouped by tier, letting the user select which approver to override.
- New Permissions — Administrators can grant "Override Approval Flow" per module via ERP > Setup > Permissions > Profiles:
- Budgeting/General Ledger > Budget Maintenance
- Budgeting/General Ledger > Manual Journals
- Purchasing/Accounts Payable > Purchase Orders
- Accounts Receivable > Receipts
- Each also has an Internal Accounts variant
How It Works
- An administrator enables the "Override Approval Flow" permission for a user profile in the relevant module.
- When that user opens a pending request (Budget Maintenance amendment/revision, Manual Journal draft, Purchase Order, or AR Receipt), an Override Approval dropdown appears alongside the normal approve/deny buttons.
- The dropdown displays all pending approvers grouped by approval tier, with a tooltip showing the full approval chain status (✓ approved, ✗ denied, pending).
- The user selects an approver and clicks Approve — the approval flow advances as if that approver had acted. If additional tiers remain, the widget refreshes for the next tier. If it was the final tier, the request completes normally.
Only users whose profile has the "Override Approval Flow" permission enabled for the specific module will see the override widget. Without the permission, the standard approve/deny behavior is unchanged.
See Setup > Profiles > Permissions Explained > Menu > Admin > Budgeting/ GL and Accounts Receivable, Budgeting/GL > Budget Maintenance > Pending Approval & Approval History (Amendment & Revision Approvers Only), Budgeting/GL > Internal Budget Maintenance > Pending Approval & Approval History (Amendment & Revision Approvers Only), Budgeting/GL > Manual Journals > Pending Approval, Budgeting/GL > Internal Manual Journals > Pending Approval, Accounts Receivable > Receipts > Pending Approval, and Accounts Receivable > Internal Account Receipts > Pending Approval for more information.
FOCUS-57565- Setup | Exclude Facilities from Purchase Orders
Exclude Facilities from Purchase Orders
A new configuration option has been added to the Facilities setup screen that allows administrators to exclude specific facilities from Purchase Order dropdowns. This gives districts greater control over which facilities are available during PO creation and import processes.
Two new checkboxes have been added to each facility record on the ERP > Setup > Settings > Facilities screen:
- Exclude from Deliver To - Removes the facility from the "Deliver To" dropdown on Purchase Orders
- Exclude from Requesting Facility - Removes the facility from the "Requesting Facility" dropdown on Purchase Orders
How It Works
- PO Creation - When creating a new Purchase Order (Drafts), excluded facilities will no longer appear in the respective dropdown menus.
- Pending POs - Purchase Orders already submitted that reference an excluded facility will display an error during approval.
- P-Card Imports - Imports containing an excluded facility in the Deliver To or Requesting Facility fields will be blocked from importing.
- Export - The exclusion settings are included when exporting facility data.
See Setup > Settings > Facilities for more information.
FOCUS-55884- Warehouse | Add Approval Flow to Inventory Adjustments
Warehouse - Approval Flow for Inventory Adjustments
Added "Inventory Adjustments" as a new Approval Flow Type, allowing districts to configure approval flows, approval permissions, and approval substitutes for Warehouse Inventory Adjustments. Previously, submitted inventory adjustments were auto-approved; now they can be routed through a configurable multi-tier approval process.
- Approval Flow Setup - Navigate to Setup > Permissions > Approval Flow and select "Inventory Adjustments" from the Flow Type dropdown to configure approval nodes, permissions, and substitutes. Approval conditions can be set by Adjustment Type (e.g., Inventory Adjustment, Write-Off, etc.).
- Submit for Approval - When an approval flow is configured, submitted Inventory Adjustment requests will route to the designated approver(s) with a status of Pending, rather than being auto-approved.
- Approver Actions - Approvers can view pending requests under the Pending Approvals tab and take action: Approve, Deny, or Send Back to Originator (with a required comment).
- Approval History - A full audit trail of approval decisions is available under the Approval History tab, displaying the adjustment name, type, creation date, amount, requester, and approval status.
- Portal Alerts - Approvers receive an "Adjustment Request" alert on their portal. Clicking the alert navigates directly to the pending Inventory Adjustment for review.
How It Works
- An administrator configures an approval flow at ERP > Setup > Permissions > Approval Flow using the "Inventory Adjustments" flow type.
- Approval permissions are assigned to users/groups under the Approval Permissions tab.
- When a user submits an Inventory Adjustment, the request enters Pending status and appears in the approver's Pending Approvals tab.
- The approver reviews the request and selects Approve, Deny, or Send Back to Originator.
- If sent back, the request returns to the originator's Drafts for revision. If approved, the adjustment processes normally.
See Warehouse > Inventory Adjustments > Pending Approval and Approval History for more information.
FOCUS-60194- Time & Attendance Setup | Add permissions to each tab.
Administrators can now assign tab-level permissions to the Time & Attendance Setup screen, allowing each tab to be individually enabled or disabled per profile. Previously, users with access to the setup area could view all tabs without restriction. Permissions are configured through Setup > Profiles > Human Resources, and users will only see the tabs their profile has been granted access to view.
ACTION REQUIRED: These new permissions are defaulted to off. Districts that are currently using Time and Attendance will need to review the Setup profile permission of any users that currently have access to the Time and Attendance Setup page.
See Profiles > Human Resources tab > New Time & Attendance Setup permissions, and Time & Attendance Setup for more information.
FOCUS-59975- HR > Jobs | Staff Position Changes - Changes are highlighting
In the "Staff Position History" change log (Change Log > Show button) within the HR module, modified fields are now correctly highlighted when changes are saved to an employee's wage record, making it easier to identify which fields were updated at a glance.
FOCUS-59892- ESS > Employee Requests > Cancel Leave Enhancements
When canceling a leave request from Leave History, the cancellation is now submitted immediately and a confirmation message notifies the user that the request may require approval. Users are no longer redirected to the Employee Requests draft tab after initiating a cancellation. If a cancel leave request is already pending for a leave record, the Cancel button is disabled, and hovering over it displays a tooltip indicating that a pending request exists.
See ESS > Leave History > Pending Leave and HR > View ESS > Leave History > Leave History: Pending for more information.
FOCUS-59870- HR > Employee > Benefits | Comments/Notes in Benefits screen
A Notes field has been added to the employee Benefits screen, allowing staff to record free-text comments or exceptions related to an employee's benefits. The field supports multiple paragraphs and line breaks, prompts users to save before navigating away, and retains its content regardless of which fiscal year is selected on the screen.
Two new permissions control access to this field:
Benefits: Notes (View) and Benefits: Notes (Edit). Profiles that already have the Benefits permission will automatically receive view access, and profiles with Benefits: Can Add or Benefits: Can Edit permissions will automatically receive both view and edit access.
FOCUS-59535- Payroll > Reports | Add Support For Additional Time Types
The "Time Exceptions Edit" and "Proof Register" reports now support additional overtime rate types, including Holiday Time and a Half, Holiday Double Time, Double Time and a Half, and Holiday Double Time and a Half. Hours recorded under these rate types will now appear in the appropriate columns on both reports.
FOCUS-59940- Enhanced Student Merge History & Undo Functionality
Administrators with permission to Delete a Student can now more easily review and reverse student merges. A new Merge History section has been added to Students > Student Info > Primary Info, displaying the merged student, the user who performed the merge, and the date and time of the merge. When applicable, an Undo option is also available directly from this section, allowing authorized users to reverse eligible merges without leaving the student's record.
Merge History includes merges performed through Students > Delete a Student, Student Info > Delete a Student, and merges completed while processing students through Online Enrollments or Add a Student.
In addition, Undo Merge support has been expanded to include eligible merges created through the Online Enrollments and Add a Student workflows. Previously, these merges could not be undone. Reversing a supported merge restores the original student and reverses the associated merge changes, making it easier to recover from accidental merges while reducing the need for manual data correction.
See Delete a Student > Undoing a Student Merge from Student Info for more details.
FOCUS-60018- Parent Absence Request Terminology Updates
Enhances the Parent Portal and Community Mobile App by updating terminology and navigation to better distinguish between submitting a new absence request and submitting an excuse note for an existing absence.
The following updates have been made:
- The student menu option has been renamed from Submit New Absence Request to Submit Absence Request or Excuse Note in the Parent Portal, and from Absence Requests to Absence Requests/Excuses in the Community Mobile App.
- TheUnexcused Absences/Tardies table is now available in the Community Mobile App, matching the Parent Portal experience.
- Within the Unexcused Absences/Tardies table, New Absence Request has been renamed toSubmit Excuse Note, and the action button has been updated accordingly.
- The excuse note form has been renamed from Absence Request Form to Absence Excuse Form, and the submission button now reads Submit Excuse.
- When submitting an excuse note for an existing absence, the absence date is now read-only and cannot be modified.
These changes apply only to the parent-facing experience. The workflow for submitting new absence requests and the administrative Parent Absence Request screens remain unchanged.
See Users > Profiles > Parents > My Child > Submit Absence Request or Excuse Note, Submit Absence Request or Excuse Note (Parents), Absences (Parents), Attendance (Parents), Attendance Calendar (Parents); Using the Mobile App for Parents/Students > Parents > Submitting a New Absence Request and Submitting an Excuse Note for Unexcused Absences/Tardies for more information.
FOCUS-59803- Address & Contacts: Hide Contact Toggle
A new "Hide Contact from All Contacts" toggle is now available on contact records. When enabled by school staff, the contact's address and personal details -- including phone, email, birthdate, notes, and contact information -- are hidden from other contacts with parent portal access. The contact's name remains visible, but all sensitive details are concealed. Parent users cannot set or change this toggle; only staff can configure it. This supports privacy and safety needs for families with custody restrictions, restraining orders, or other protected circumstances.
Note: The new Hide Contact from All Contacts contact flag is included by default with this update. Districts that do not wish to use this feature can hide the flag by navigating to Students > Address Fields > Contact Flags and selecting Hidden for the Hide Contact from All Contacts contact flag.
See Student Info > Adding a Contact (Admin), Address Fields > Setting Up Contact Flags, and Student Info > Adding a Contact (Teacher) for more information.
FOCUS-58913- RunQuery Editor Enhancements: Improved Editor & New Results Viewer
Run Query has been enhanced with a collection of usability improvements designed to make writing SQL and analyzing results faster, easier, and more efficient.
The SQL editor now provides smarter autocomplete with keyword, table, and column suggestions as you type, along with syntax highlighting and line numbers that make complex queries easier to read and troubleshoot.
Working with query results is also more flexible. Columns can now be resized, and the Show/Hide Columns menu includes a searchable column selector, making it much easier to work with wide tables containing dozens or even hundreds of fields.
A new Record Details view provides a streamlined way to inspect individual records without excessive horizontal scrolling. Fields are displayed in an easy-to-read vertical layout, with filtering to quickly locate values and one-click copying for individual fields.
Performance has also been improved when viewing large query result sets, providing a smoother experience when browsing extensive datasets.
Highlights
- Smarter SQL autocomplete with keyword, table, and column suggestions
- Cleaner SQL editor with syntax highlighting and line numbers
- Resizable result columns
- Searchable Show/Hide Columns selector for wide result sets
- New Record Details view for reviewing individual rows
- One-click copying of field values from the Record Details view
- Improved performance when working with large query result sets
See Run Query for more details.
FOCUS-60334- Imports: AP Test Parser Maintenance Update
The AP test history import parsers have been updated to align with the 2026 College Board data file layout and now support the 2027 AP test administration date. The Florida and Ohio state-specific parsers have also been improved to correctly identify and import a student's most recent test administration year across all exam occurrence positions in the data file, ensuring students whose latest exam appears in a later occurrence slot are no longer omitted. Three newly introduced AP exam codes -- African American Studies, Networking, and Cybersecurity -- are recognized by the parsers; because state subject content codes for these courses are not yet published, they import using the College Board exam code directly until official mappings become available.
See Imports > List of Existing File Parsers > Advanced Placement Test (APT) Latest APT Administration Only for more details.
FOCUS-60241- Attendance Cards - Clarification on Late Check-Ins and Early Releases
The Late Check-Ins total on Absence Summary attendance cards and the printed Absence Summary report now correctly reflects only check-ins associated with a tardy attendance code. Previously, kiosk check-ins that resulted in a present-coded attendance period were included in the Late Check-Ins count, which could cause inflated totals for schools that open kiosk scanning before the late arrival threshold. Check-ins that do not carry a tardy designation are now excluded from this count.
FOCUS-60206- Improve Linking Non Custodial Contacts Messaging
When the "Restrict Parents/Guardians to editing their own Contact and Address info" system preference is enabled, non-custodial contacts who attempt to link to a student now receive a clearer, more informative message explaining that only custodial contacts with a matching email can register for a student's parent account, along with guidance to contact the school if they believe they received the message in error. Previously, the message prompted users to enter a name, leading to a confusing two-step dead end.
FOCUS-60156- Master Schedule Report: Rooms Field Filters On Type
The Master Schedule Report now filters the room selection list in Course Periods to include only locations designated as rooms in Setup. Previously, selecting a location not marked as a room could result in the room number appearing on the Master Schedule Report but not saving to the associated course section. Room assignments made through the Master Schedule Report will now correctly carry over to the section record.
FOCUS-60098- Student Schedule: Legacy - Year Date Picker Now Limits to Syear + 1
The date picker year selection in the legacy student schedule now limits the maximum selectable year to one year beyond the current school year, rather than defaulting to 2086. This applies to the Enrolled and Dropped date columns when editing student schedule records. The new schedule date picker is unaffected.
FOCUS-60083- Contact Details Required Validation Conditional
The Contact Details Required validation no longer appears or prevents saves when editing existing student records through Student Info. This validation now applies only during online application enrollment processing, where it is intended.
FOCUS-60054- Lockers: Allows Notes Column to Show
The Notes column now displays on the Lockers setup screen for all schools. Previously, locker notes were only visible in certain configurations, causing existing notes to be inaccessible through the interface. Users can now view and filter locker notes directly from Setup > Lockers regardless of school type.
See Setup > Lockers/Student Rooms > K-12 > Viewing Locker Information and Setting Locker Combinations for more information.
FOCUS-60034- Ed-Fi: Add birth_state aliased field for birthStateAbbreviationDescriptor for Students
The Ed-Fi Students resource now correctly maps the birthStateAbbreviationDescriptor field using the Student's State of Birth value stored in the student record, ensuring that state of birth data transmits accurately through the Ed-Fi integration.
FOCUS-60015- Ed-Fi: TN Add Title 1 Part A Participant
Students with a Title I Part A designation recorded under Other TN Programs are now included in the StudentEducationOrganizationAssociation and StudentTitle1PartAProgramAssociation Ed-Fi resources, with corresponding begin and end dates reflected where applicable.
FOCUS-60014- Elementary Scheduler: Scheduled Students Discrepancy
The Elementary Scheduler now displays an unsaved student count indicator when there are pending placements that have not yet been applied to the schedule. Hovering over the indicator shows the names of the affected students. Additionally, the scheduler more accurately determines whether a student's assignment matches their current schedule, reducing cases where a student appeared to be saved when their schedule did not reflect the scheduler's placement.
See Elementary Scheduler for more information.
FOCUS-60003- Parent Absence Requests > Attendance Code Dropdown Formatting
The Attendance Code dropdown in the Parent Absence Requests review and documentation modals now displays both the attendance code short name and title, matching the format used in the Add an Absence screen.
FOCUS-59997- Test History Summary Report | Score, Achievement Level, and Pass Values Not Shown
The Test History Summary view now correctly displays Score, Achievement Level, and Pass values for all applicable score types, regardless of whether the Transcript option is enabled on the score type. Previously, scores would only appear in the Summary view if the score type also had the Transcript checkbox selected, causing some administrations to show missing values. The Summary view now reflects score type configuration independently of the Transcript setting.
FOCUS-59922- Online Application: New Hide Start & End Dates Preference for Course Listings
A new system preference is now available under Online Application settings that allows administrators to hide start date, end date, and location information from course listings displayed on the online application. When this preference is enabled, those fields are suppressed from applicants' view. If the preference is not enabled, existing behavior is unchanged.
See System Preferences > Online Application for more information.
FOCUS-59869- Ed-Fi: Update staff gender to use custom_59
For Tennessee Ed-Fi integrations, staff identity and staff resources now use the alias gender value when submitting data to the Ed-Fi Identity endpoint. Additionally, the delete option has been removed from Ed-Fi Logs.
FOCUS-59841- Apex - Cartesian Graph Shade button now shades the clicked region automatically
In Assessment Studio, the Shade tool for Cartesian Graph questions now fills a region automatically with a single click anywhere inside it, based on the boundary line already drawn on the graph. When two or more lines are present, clicking inside any section shades only that enclosed region. The eraser tool also accepts a click anywhere inside a shaded area to remove it. Answer grading now evaluates whether the student shaded the correct region rather than accepting any shading as correct. Existing questions that were saved without a boundary line continue to use the original corner-by-corner tracing method, so previously created content is unaffected.
FOCUS-59815- TN Add Identity lookup interface for students and staff
The TN Unique ID category for students and staff now includes an identity lookup interface. Users can search for potential TDOE matches using the Get Ed-Fi State ID option. For students with no existing match, a Create New Identity option is available to generate a new TN Unique ID. For staff with no existing match, the interface directs users to contact the TDOE Helpdesk. This update applies to Tennessee districts using Ed-Fi state ID management.
See Student Info and User Info for more information.
FOCUS-59741- Safety Management: Drill Compliance
A new Safety Drill Compliance screen is now available in the Safety Management section, allowing staff to track and manage drill requirements by school and school year. The screen displays a summary of overall compliance percentage, total required drills, drills completed, and drills scheduled, along with a detailed breakdown by event type showing required, scheduled, completed, and remaining drill counts, compliance status, and last drill date. Users can view the full history of completed drills for each event type. Users with edit access can add or update compliance requirements by specifying the required number of drills for a given event type and school year. This screen requires Safety Management to be enabled and is controlled by separate view and edit permissions.
See Safety Drill Compliance and Profiles for more information.
FOCUS-59484- bug(system-preferences): Inner tab position lost when switching between School/Default School Preferences
When switching between the School Preferences and Default School Preferences tabs, the previously selected inner tab, such as Scheduling, is now preserved. Navigating between these outer tabs no longer resets the inner tab selection back to General.
FOCUS-59475- Communication Queue Processing Performance Improvement
The communication queue now processes outgoing messages more efficiently, reducing the time between when a message is queued and when it begins sending. This improvement benefits all message types, including high-frequency attendance notifications and large multi-language message blasts.
FOCUS-59026- Ed-Fi Disability Collection update
The Ed-Fi StudentSpecialEducationProgramAssociation now includes gifted program enrollment, Early Intervention Program (EIP) data, and disability information. States without a gifted program will reflect only the EIP and disability data in the association.
FOCUS-58989- Imports: TX State Assessment Updates
The Texas State Assessment import templates have been updated to reflect the latest TEA data layouts. New import templates are now available for STAAR Grades 3-8, STAAR Grades 3-8 Alternate 2, STAAR End-of-Course, STAAR End-of-Course Alternate 2, STAAR Interim, TELPAS, TELPAS Alternate, and Texas Statewide Assessments (CRS Format), with effective dates ranging from Fall 2025 through Spring 2026. Historical templates covering prior school years back to 2011-2012 are also now available where supported by TEA. Additionally, several existing template titles have been updated to reflect their correct effective term. This update applies to Texas only.
See Imports > Existing Templates > Texas Sites Only for more information.
FOCUS-58205- API - GET /school_enrollments - Add created_at column
The Focus API GET /school_enrollments endpoint now includes a `created_at` field in the response, and date-based filters applied to this endpoint now work as expected. Note that this applies to the Focus API dialect only and does not affect OneRoster. Focus employee records will reflect a `created_at` date of 1970-01-01.
FOCUS-57812- Edit Rules & Workflow: New Alert Banner Notification
Enhances Edit Rules & Workflow by adding support for Alert Banners on Student Info and User Info.
Administrators can now designate Alert Icon rules as Alert Banners, displaying the alert name prominently at the top of Student Info and User Info for selected profiles. When multiple alert banners apply, they are displayed according to Sort Order. Banner text automatically wraps and truncates after three lines, with the full text available on hover. This provides a more visible way to highlight important student or user information while preserving existing Alert Icon functionality.
See Edit Rules & Workflow > Alert Icons, Student Info > Viewing Student Information, and User Info > User Quick Search From Any Screen for more information.
FOCUS-56660- Update Schoolmint API call to be more generic
The SchoolMint API integration has been updated to support a generic configuration available to all districts using the Focus Dialect in Third Party Systems Setup. Two sets of student data endpoints are now available through the Focus Dialect: SchoolMint endpoints, which include the SchoolMint ID field, and External Enrollment endpoints, which do not include the SchoolMint ID. Districts that previously configured a dedicated SchoolMint dialect should update their Third Party Systems Setup entry to use the Focus Dialect and review their read/write access settings accordingly.
See Third Party Systems for more information.
FOCUS-51496- Moodle: Resolve Moodle issues
The Moodle API setup page now includes additional diagnostic information to help identify configuration issues, along with a new button to initialize or refresh gradebook groups for a selected school year. These tools support administrators in resolving course grouping and Meta course synchronization issues within Moodle.
FOCUS-60196- Routing Issue
FOCUS-59477- New App: Status Label Email with 'Parent' Send-to Form Submitter Update
When a form request status label is configured with the "Send To: Parent" option, notification emails now send only to the parent or guardian who submitted the form. Previously, these emails were sent to all custodial contacts for the student. If no parent or guardian submitted the form, no email is sent. The "Send To" dropdown option in application setup has also been renamed from "Parents" to "Parent" to reflect this behavior.
See New Application Editor and Online Enrollments for Students for more information.
FOCUS-60041- Fix duplicate SSS program permissions created on program save
Duplicate system permissions for the ELL category in SSS User Profile Permissions have been removed, and the underlying cause that allowed duplicates to be introduced has been resolved. Affected environments will now display each ELL system permission only once when filtering by ELL category.
FOCUS-59990- Event Reporting: Uses Future Enrollments When No Active is Present
Event Reporting now displays school information for students who have a future enrollment when no active enrollment is present. Previously, the School column in the Run Detailed report appeared blank for these students. With this update, the report correctly resolves and displays the school for students whose enrollment begins in the future, allowing staff to use Event Reporting for planning purposes before the first day of school.
