Added FOCUS-59700 - normalize datetime

The Hide Schedules date and time fields in System Preferences now consistently store values in the correct format. A data correction has been applied to fix any existing entries where the date and time were saved without a required space between them. Going forward, entries submitted without the space are automatically saved in the proper format.
