New Student Created Trigger Action

The Execute SQL and workflow trigger rules in Edit Rules now include a "New [Record Type] Created" trigger event option, allowing rules to run only when a new record is first created rather than on every save. For student records, an additional "Student Initially Enrolled" trigger event is also available. This resolves an issue where actions configured to run only for new students -- such as populating local student IDs, Florida Student Numbers, and alias numbers -- were not firing when new students were added to the system.
