FOCUS-51472- New Student Schedule: Enrollment Restrictions Scheduling Warning Enhancement
This update adds a scheduling safeguard to the New Student Schedule. When a student has an enrollment restriction marked "Prevent Co-Scheduling" with another student, a warning pop-up now appears if a user attempts to manually schedule them into the same course or section. The warning functions similarly to the alert shown when exceeding a class size limit. Users may cancel the action or choose to override and continue.
This logic was already respected by the Auto-Scheduler and Run Scheduler, but previously manual scheduling provided no notice. The enhancement ensures consistency across all scheduling workflows. Note that this functionality applies only to the New Schedule and is not available in the Legacy Schedule.
See Student Info: Enrollment/Scheduling Restrictions for more information.

Improved kiosk session handling by adding a "Disable Login Redirect" check to the kiosk API, preventing long-running kiosk sessions from being logged out prematurely. Kiosks can now remain active and logged in indefinitely, even after extended periods of inactivity, ensuring uninterrupted use for schools operating continuous check-in and check-out stations.
FOCUS-51268- Field Selection Usability Update: Advanced Reports and Print Class Lists
This update improves the usability of building Advanced Reports in both the Students and Users menus, as well as the field selection on Print Class Lists. The field selection UI now matches the modern design of Student Search → More Search Options.
Instead of expanding vertically, menus now expand horizontally, making it easier to navigate categories and select fields. Fields are added by clicking rather than dragging, and breadcrumb navigation lets users quickly return to prior menus. This design makes locating fields—such as period-specific teachers or term attendance—more straightforward.
The update also streamlines field selection in Print Class Lists, ensuring consistency across these features. Fields can still be rearranged through drag-and-drop once added, and report functionality remains unchanged.

Unlike the existing "Attendance in Semester 1" and "Attendance in Semester 2" fields, this option automatically adjusts according to the current date and marking period, removing the need for districts to update reports and letters at semester changes. The new field is available across Advanced Reports, Communication Templates, Print Letters & Send Email, and Letterhead Templates. Attendance values now update seamlessly, including for dual-enrolled students, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting and communications.
FOCUS-49908- Hall Pass Layout and Usability Enhancements
Improved the Hall Pass, Hall Pass Trends, and Student Hall Pass Report screens for better readability and navigation. Notes columns now display up to seven lines of wrapped text with a scrollable full-view option when clicked. Student ID and Student Name are separated into distinct columns, each linking directly to the student's Hall Pass Activity screen. Most columns are now left-aligned for consistency, and the Student Hall Pass Report displays total pass time as "Pass Time / Duration." Additionally, CSS has been consolidated to simplify styling and ensure uniform layout behavior across all Hall Pass views.
See Hall Passes (Admin), Student Info: Hall Passes (Admin), Hall Pass Trends (Admin), Hall Passes (Teacher), Student Info: Hall Passes (Teacher), and Hall Passes (Parent/Student) for more information.
