Added FOCUS-53828 - Attendance Minutes Calculation for Mid-Period Check Out and Check In

Attendance minute calculations have been improved when a student checks out and then checks back in during the same period that includes a scheduled lunch. The system now evaluates kiosk times against the next scheduled event so lunch time is only applied once, preventing duplicate or inflated minute totals. This results in more accurate Minutes Present and Minutes Absent calculations that properly account for whether the student was present or absent during the lunch period.

Attendance calculations have been improved to more accurately reflect whether a period or course is actively used for attendance at the time minutes are recalculated. Hours Present, Hours Absent, and Hours Possible now exclude periods that are no longer marked to take attendance, even if they did so earlier in the year. This prevents presumed present minutes from being added for periods that are no longer valid for attendance and ensures ADA reporting stays aligned with current attendance configurations.
