Removed FOCUS-57541 - Fields: Enrollment Fields in Advanced Reports and Student Summary

Enhances Student Enrollment Fields by expanding their availability throughout the system.

Custom enrollment fields can now be selected and reported on through Students > Advanced Reports, providing districts with additional reporting and filtering options based on enrollment-specific data.

A new Visible on Student Summary option has also been added to enrollment field configuration. When enabled, the fields value is displayed on the students Summary page, providing quick access to important enrollment information without opening the enrollment record. The system automatically selects the most appropriate enrollment record to display based on the students current school, school year, and enrollment status.
