Added FOCUS-59236 - Add a Student - Fields not showing

The Add Student wizard now completes successfully across a wider range of enrollment scenarios. Hidden demographic fields no longer block student creation when the demographic verification step is disabled, and the expected validation behavior is preserved when that step is active. Enrolling students from unprocessed online applications, including cases where a matching student record already exists, no longer produces an unexpected column update error. Contact information and applicant merge workflows also save correctly during the Add Student process.
