Added FOCUS-60408 - HR > Employee > Pay History > Add Reissue Flag

The Voided column on an employee's Pay History screen, in both Run History and Check History, now displays "Voided and Reissued" when a payroll check has been voided and reissued, rather than showing only "Voided." Checks that were voided without reissuance continue to display "Voided" as before.
