Added FOCUS-55954 - Schedule/Requests Overhaul: Combine Requests into the schedule screen/Move Request to alternate

Enhances the Student Schedule and Student Requests experience with improved visibility and streamlined workflows. A new Display Requests option on the Student Schedule screen introduces an enhanced Student Requests modal, replacing the previous Unscheduled Requests table and allowing users to review requests and schedules in a single view. The Auto Schedule this Student action has also been repositioned for easier access.

Additional improvements to Student Requests and the new modal include:

• A Scheduled indicator column to clearly show when a request has been fulfilled (admin only)
• New Sections and Available Seats columns to provide real-time scheduling context (admin only)
• Actions to Move to Alternates and Move to Core Request for easier request management (admin only)
• A new Course Field setting, Include on Student Requests, allowing additional course data to be displayed in the requests table

Additionally, a new setting, "Delete & Auto-Schedule Automatically," is available on the Requests screen. When enabled, any changes made to a students requests will automatically trigger deletion and re-running of the student's schedule.

These updates improve efficiency and provide schedulers with better insight when managing student requests.
