Added FOCUS-55588 - Modify Student Schedule Requests Modal

Updates the Auto-Schedule modal on Student Schedule Requests to align with expected behavior and improve clarity. The modal now includes the student name and an option to ignore alternate requests, while ensuring alternates are not ignored by default.
