Added FOCUS-55973 - DataTable: Add View Column Header

The View column--typically used to display row-level View buttons--has been added to the Toggle Columns feature in DataTables. Users can now show or hide this column as needed. When enabled, the column includes a properly labeled View header aligned with the corresponding buttons; when disabled, the column remains hidden, consistent with existing behavior.
