Added FOCUS-51643 - Communication: Improvement to Testing User Provided Links to Seem More Like a Regular User

This update improves how the system tests user-provided links in emails and SMS messages. Some websites previously rejected these requests because they did not appear to come from a standard browser, preventing certain URLs from being added as short links for SMS. The system now mimics a regular browser when validating links, ensuring more URLs can be successfully checked and used.
