The WDIS AEFL Schedules screen is used to review, edit, and insert pre-test and post-test information for students. The WDIS Automated Processes job can also be run for individual students.
The district option "Enable (New) WDIS Automated Processes Job" must be enabled in Florida Reports Setup > District Options in order to use the WDIS AEFL Schedules screen. A new table, fl_wdis_schedule_tests, now stores the WDIS Automated Processes data. The previously used schedule fields (Adult Education Functioning Level Subject Area (Subject Code), Pre-Test, Pre-Test ID, Post Test, Post-Test ID, Adult Ed Functioning Level - Initial and Final) are removed from the Student Schedule. The "Exclude from LCP Job" field will remain on the schedule. Any reports using the removed schedule fields will need to be updated. Ensure the appropriate profiles have permissions enabled for the WDIS AEFL Schedules screen. Permissions to this report can also enabled for teachers.
