The WDIS Automated Processes screen is used to assign Pre-Test and/or Post-Test IDs and Functioning Levels to schedule records for a single student.

For a detailed description of the WDIS Automated Processes functionality, see Scheduled Jobs > Florida Scheduled Jobs.

4. Select the Survey. This is required.

Only schedules valid for the specified survey will be updated. For students scheduled across multiple survey periods, the process will overwrite Test IDs and Functioning Levels if the current values do not match the selected survey.

5. If desired, select the Excluded Tests.

If no tests are selected, the job will run for all tests. If any tests are selected, those tests will be excluded when the job is run.

6. If desired, select the specific schedule records in the Schedules pull-down.

If no schedule records are selected, the job will evaluate all schedule records for the current year. If any schedule records are selected, the job will run against those specific records. This option should only be used for debugging, as the job needs to consider all schedule records to correctly determine the minimum and maximum levels.

7. Click Run Processes.
