Select Import Settings
1. Navigate to Imports in the Setup menu, then start the process by uploading your file.
2. While in the File Format step, reference the Preview section to make your selections.
3. If the uploaded data does not contain a header row, uncheck the box.
4. Click Next.
5. In the Select Tool step, click the Import File card to enter the import settings:
- Select the Test History import tool option.
- Select the desired Import Method.
- Leave the Standardized Test pull-down blank.
Leaving this option blank allows you to import scores for all subjects in one batch upload. While selecting the specific test's subject area is also valid, validation errors should be expected as any scores that don't apply to the selected test will be rejected.
- Select the Parse File check box and then select the corresponding file parser from the pull-down:
- Pennsylvania Keystone Exams (PKE) - Effective Winter 2024
Selecting the available Pennsylvania Keystone Exams file parser will transform the gradelevel, year and administration date data elements to identifiable system standards. The assigned test administration date will be the last day of the testing window based on the ADMIN YEAR and ADMIN DATE of record, as published by the state's DOE. It will also reference the file's PASecureID as the unique student identifier.
- In the Scores Layout pull-down, select the Standard option.
- In the Conversion Fields section:
- For the part_id conversion field, make sure that the short_name option is selected.
- For the student_id conversion field, make sure that the PASecureID (custom_300000000) option is selected.
- Click Continue.
Map Fields and Validate
Once back in the Select Tool step:
- Click Next.
- In the Mapping Template step:
