The Pathway Readiness Report (CCWMR) is used to review student, cohort, school, and district readiness for the College, Career, Workforce, and Military Readiness component.
1. In the Ohio Reports menu, click Pathway Readiness Report (CCWMR).
The report displays for the school selected at the top-right of the screen.
2. At the top of the screen, select All Schools to view all schools on the report.
3. Select Include Inactive to include inactive students on the report.
4. Select Show Details to include details on how the student met readiness.
For example, when "Show Details" is selected, the 12+ College Credits column will display the specific college courses instead of a green check mark.
5. To view students in specific cohorts, select the desired cohorts in the Filter by Cohort pull-down.
6. Click Refresh to refresh the report.
The report includes the Student ID, SSID, Student Name, Current School, Grade Level, Cohort, EL, SPED, and columns for each readiness indicator. A check mark displays in a column if the student has met readiness for that indicator. If the "Show Details" report option is selected, the details on how the student met readiness are displayed instead of a green check mark.
The top-right side of the report includes the School Readiness percentage (District Readiness if "All Schools" is selected), as well as readiness percentages for each cohort.
7. Click a student's name on the report to open Student Info in a new tab.
