Reading Diagnostic Report

The Reading Diagnostic Report is used to view reading diagnostic information for students in grades K-6. The report lists each student and includes the test administration date, test name, subject code, score, an indicator whether the student needs a Reading Improvement and Monitoring Plan (RIMP), an indicator whether the student has a RIMP, and the student's reading diagnostic status (assessed on track, assessed not on track, and required not assessed).

Expand or collapse content Viewing the Reading Diagnostic Report

1. In the Ohio Reports menu, click Reading Diagnostic Report.

2. On the left side of the screen, select Reading Diagnostic 4-6 or Reading Diagnostics K-3 to view the report for those grade levels.

3. At the top of the screen, select All Schools to view the report for all schools. Leave unselected to view the report only for the school selected at the top-right of the screen.

4. Select Include Inactive to include inactive students in the report.

5. Click Refresh to regenerate the report.

The report displays the Student ID, SSID, Student Name, Current School, Grade Level, Enrollment Start Date, Admin Date, Test Name, Subject Code, Score (only displays for grades K-3), Highest OST Score (only displays for grades 4-6), Needs RIMP indicator, Has RIMP indicator, and Reading Diagnostic Status.

6. Click a student's name on the report to open the student's Test History screen in a new tab.

7. Click an Admin Date link on the report to open the student's specific test administration in the Test History screen in a new tab.
