The Data Viewer screen allows users to view the output of the "Calculate LEP Status" report.
1. In the Ohio Reports menu, click Data Viewer.
The Calculate LEP Status report is displayed for the school selected at the top-right of the screen.
2. To include all schools on the report, select All Schools to and click Refresh.
3. Click the FULL_NAME link to open the student's Enrollment record in a new tab.
