The Data Viewer screen allows users to view the output of the "Calculate LEP Status" and "Chronic Absenteeism Extract" reports.
1. In the Ohio Reports menu, click Data Viewer.
2. Click Calculate LEP Status on the left side of the screen, if not already selected.
The Calculate LEP Status report is displayed for the school selected at the top-right of the screen.
3. To include all schools on the report, select All Schools to and click Refresh.
4. Click the FULL_NAME link to open the student's Enrollment record in a new tab.
1. In the Ohio Reports menu, click Data Viewer.
2. Click Chronic Absenteeism Extract on the left side of the screen.
The Chronic Absenteeism Extract report is displayed for the school selected at the top-right of the screen.
3. To include all schools on the report, select All Schools.
4. Adjust the Effective Date, if desired.
5. Click Refresh Report after making any changes.
