The Where Kids Count Report (WKC) is used to validate Majority of Attendance IRNs before submission.
In addition to the View and Edit profile permissions to the Where Kids Count Report (WKC) screen, users will also need the "Basic" and/or "Detail" sub-permissions enabled to access the Basic and/or Detail versions of the report.
1. In the Ohio Reports menu, click Where Kids Count Report (WKC).
If your profile only has access to the Basic report, the Basic report will open automatically. If your profile has access to both the Basic and Detail report, you can switch between reports using the panel at the left side of the screen.
2. If desired, select All Schools to include students from all the schools you have access to.
3. If desired, select Include Inactive to include inactive students on the report.
4. Click Refresh.
The report includes the Student ID, SSID, Student Name, MOA (Majority of Attendance) IRN, School, Grade Level, Disability, ELL Status, and Enrollment Count.
5. Click the Student Name link to open the student's Enrollment record in a new tab.
6. Hover over a code on the report to view the code description in a tool-tip.
