The Gaps in Enrollment report displays students who have more than one enrollment record for the school year and have gaps between their enrollment records.
1. In the Ohio Reports menu, click Gaps in Enrollment.
2. Select All Schools to view students from all the schools you have permissions to view. If not selected, only the school selected at the top-right of the screen will be included on the report.
3. Select Include Inactive to include inactive students on the report.
4. Select Show All Enrollment Codes to include all students with enrollment gaps on the report, regardless of the enrollment code. When this option is not selected, the report is limited to students with enrollment codes of **(In District Transfer).
5. Select Show Students With Missing FS Histories to limit the report to students who have enrollment gaps but do not have a corresponding FS history record with an effective end date matching the first gap school's enrollment end date.
Click the i icon next to an option to view helpful information in a pop-up window.
6. Click Refresh to regenerate the report.
The report displays a link to open the student's FS History, Student ID, SSID, Student Name, Current School, Grade Level, Disability, ELL Status, Gap 1 School, Gap 1 Date Range, Gap 1 Drop Code, Gap 2 School, Gap 2 Start Date, and Days in Gap.
7. Hover over a code on the report to view the code description in a tool-tip.
8. Click the Open History link to open the student's FS history in the FS & FD History screen in a new tab. Click the Student Name link to open the student's record in Student Info in a new tab.
