The Missouri Rollover screen is used to roll the selected logging field data to the next school year. It will increment fields related to public school years by 1. This process will look at the user_enrollment table to ensure the user is an active employee in the next school year.
1. In the Missouri Reports menu, click Missouri Rollover.
2. Select the log fields to roll over.
3. Click Rollover Fields.
