Student Groups Checklist

This checklist is your step-by-step guide to creating and managing Student Groups. Whether you're building dynamic groups based on saved searches or custom groups with hand-picked students, follow the list to stay organized and efficient. Groups can be shared with other users, making it easier for coaches, counselors, and staff to quickly access and view the records of specific students. For a complete guide, see Student Groups.

Viewing Students & Student Info in a Student Group

2. Select either the My Groups tab or the All Groups tab.

3. Locate the applicable student group and click View.

4. From the View Students tab, click the Student Name to open Student Info.

Removing Students from a Custom Student Group

2. Select either the My Groups tab or the All Groups tab.

3. Locate the applicable student group and click View.

4. Click the delete button (red minus sign) to remove select students from the student group.

5. In the confirmation pop-up window, click OK.

6. Click Save to remove the student from the group.

Editing Student Groups

2. Select either the My Groups tab or the All Groups tab.

3. Click the applicable field and make the applicable changes.

4. Click Save.

Deleting Student Groups

2. Select either the My Groups tab or the All Groups tab.

3. Click the delete button (red minus sign).

4. Click Save.
