• Changed so that the salary output is the total of all jobs the staff has despite only the primary job code being reported on format (per DOE).
• Corrected an issue where salary could be doubled/tripled for staff with the same salary across multiple different job codes.

WDIS Automated Processes

• Modified post test eligibility logic to evaluate against the survey end date when schedules lack an end date, preventing erroneous 9F validation errors for active students.
• Resolved issue where a Language (TABE) pre test was not assigned for program 9900000 and course 9900023 despite an applicable Reading pre test existing.
• Added the rewritten version of WDIS Automated Processes alongside the existing version. To enable the new version, enable the district option "Enable (New) WDIS Automated Processes Job" and allow the data migration to complete.
• Added support for the TABE CLAS-E test. This change applies only to the new version due to the need to support up to 4 subjects per program number.

WDIS Total Hours Scheduled Job

• Resolved an issue where hours did not match the value displayed on the schedule when a student had not met the required hours threshold for a program.

WDIS Verification Reports

• Fixed an issue where local edits factored into validations on other formats.

WDIS AEFL Schedules

• Implemented several interface enhancements. Replaced the View Test History link with links on each student's pre- and post-test short name that opena new tab and expand the corresponding administration. Corrected an issue preventing the report from rendering when assigned to a teacher profile. Added access-based logic to suppress course and section links when the user lacks permission. Added hover help text to multiple columns.
• Resolved an issue where legacy schedule fields were not being hidden when the district option was enabled.

WDIS AGE Schedule Extract

• Enhanced extract logic to populate missing Subject Area codes for Surveys G and X using the Edit 9J reference table. This eliminates the requirement to rerun WDIS Automated Processes under alternate surveys to avoid Edit 9J edits.
• Modified fallback Subject Area 1 assignment for Surveys G and X to require enabling the corresponding district option.
• Aligned the report logic with the current extract logic, enhanced the output formatting, and froze the title column to improve report navigation.
• Resolved an error that caused the extracts to fail for some clients.
• Updated the hours calculation to round down in accordance with the new DOE rule.
• Adjusted so that hour rounding down applies only to Survey S 2526 and beyond.

WDIS AGE Verification Report

• Fixed edit 73 outputting false positives.
• Resolved an issue where 9F and 9G could return false positives in certain cases when viewing a single school.

WDIS Test Extract

• Revised extract logic to exclude the Applicants school. In some cases, a most recent enrollment record from the applicant school prevented tests from being extracted for those students.

• Checking against MSID and determining private school numbers is now school year specific for cases of school numbers swapping from public to private and vice-versa.
• Fixed an issue where the nightly process would not run correctly for a select few districts.
• Updated sample config file to max 5 vaccination dates.
• Found and corrected a data loss bug with saving comments.

Added new school field titled 'Pull School for Pre-ID' which pulls the school bypassing 'Exclude from State Reporting' for Pre-ID extracts.

Background Tables

• Updated WDIS Appendix Q to add TABE CLAS-E data.
• Adding Appendix Q for 26-27 using 25-26 until the official list is available.
• Rolled 2025-2026 certifications into 2026-2027 pending release of the official list.

Bonus FTE Student Detail

• Added option to use Staff Number Identifier, Local instead of the user's Focus Staff ID for the AICE and AP/IBP reports.
• Updated CTE Pathway Concentrator Completors logic to require diploma data within the current fiscal year for students to qualify for FTE. Removed the Y validation option, as Green Checks can now be filtered as Y and Red Xs as N.
• Refactored the AP and IBP report into two separate reports and updated Dual Enrollment report logic to validate FTE by Dual Enrollment indicator. Because the total FTE cap is lower this year, multiple schedule rows may qualify for FTE while producing a lower subtotal than the student's overall combined FTE.

Class Size Report

• Removed charter school exclusion logic from the district summary page.

DMV Attendance

• Enabled ability to print records with new SIS update.
• Updated the scheduled job to report a successful status when no students were available for transmission.
• Updated logic to look for a currently active Home School record at N998 or N999 when a student withdraws with W24. Previously, a student with an active Home School enrollment who was also enrolled at a school such as 3950 and later withdrew with W24 was flagged as not in compliance when no Home School record was present after the W24 withdrawal date.

DOE Data Verification District Usage Report

• Added a Show Summer Schools checkbox to allow schools with numbers ending in S to appear in surveys other than 1 and 4. This checkbox is not shown for surveys 1 and 4 because summer schools are always displayed for those surveys.

Download DOE & Error Reports

• Updated the interface with a more modern design. Added the ability to select and download multiple files at once as a ZIP file. Added support for parsing DQ2 Edits, Validations, and Exceptions flat files to XLSX, as well as pushing them to school folders. This functionality is currently limited to WDIS, with K12 support planned soon.
• Resolved the loading issue that prevented some districts from finishing the report download process.

EOY Processing

• Implemented support for updating Diploma Florida Seal of Fine Arts Designation (CUSTOM_200000297), Diploma Biliteracy Seal Designation (CUSTOM_200000239), and Diploma Designation (Scholar/Merit) (CUSTOM_200000199).
• Revised Dual Enrollment FTE logic to aggregate calculated FTE by the student's Dual Enrollment indicator to align with the new DOE reporting structure.

K12 Extract Field Defaults

• Student Additional Funding - Added missing fields and extract logic.

Menu

• Updated schedule minutes total to exclude minutes from schedules marked as Exclude from FTE.

PEER Importer

• Added a new log field "Peer IEP ESE Services" and updated the import logic to populate it with data from fl_peer_iep_ese_services.
• Updated the process to continue when StudentInfo.csv is the only missing file.
• Added a new district option "Exclude Expired Accommodations on Active IEPs." When selected, expired accommodations will be excluded from the logging fields, and any existing expired records will be removed during the next import.
• Updated logic to allow the process to continue when ActiveSPs.csv, ActiveSec504Plans.csv, or IEPSuppAidsServices.csv are missing, as these files are not used for imports into Focus fields.
• Removed obsolete code related to accommodation_description.
• Added the ability to import Re Evaluation Due Date from fl_peer_active_ieps.reeval_due_date into students.custom_874.
• Added a new Search Files screen to allow users to search for a specific local ID or term within the Peer CSV files and verify that a student is present at the time of import.

Pre-ID Extracts

Process Assessments

• Fixed an issue where Algebra I information would be overwritten when using the ESE Waiver option.
• Fixed a bug where the ELA ESE Test Waiver option was causing a student to be updated every time the process was run.
• Added a new district option titled 'Process Assessments - Require Algebra 1 Credit Prior to using Concordant Score'. Added logic to check the new option when determining whether to use the concordant score.
• Updated the valid US History EOC courses based on '202526 Science and Social Studies End-of-Course Assessments Fact Sheet'.
• Added support for CLT10 Non-College Reportable [Test Short Name: CL1; Subject Codes: D2NR, D3NR, D4NR].
• Fixed an issue where districts using the Require Algebra 1 Credit option were not updating with concordant information when the prior Algebra 1 test lacked PF, AL, or SS scores. Larger districts may also see a substantial speed increase for the EOC Course Assessment Status process.
• Added a new student logging field titled 'Process Assessments - Testing Requirements Met' to log the test information used when determining ELA/Algebra test requirements.

Students in Both Survey 2 and 3 Report

• Resolved an issue that prevented the report from loading on some sites.

Survey Accuracy Reports

• MS students with less than 1 semester of PE or Waiver - Updated logic to check for marking period type and pull students with less than 2 quarter schedule records for the current school year.
• Corrected issue where FY schedules were not counting towards 'MS students with less than 1 semester of PE or Waiver'.
• Full Time HHB - Resolved an issue where some students were incorrectly identified as full time when enrolled at a second school for HHB services while still having non-255 active schedules at their primary enrollment.
• Students Scheduled into a Special Skills Course without Special Skills Exceptionality - Added valid exceptionalities to courses 7763060, 7763080, 7763090, 7863060, 7863070, 7863080, 7963040, 7963050, and 7963060. Added Special Skills Course column to report output.

Talented Twenty

• Clicking on a credit value for students listed under the 'students failed to meet the minimum required credits' category will display a popup with the school year, marking period, course number, and credits that qualified for the given clicked subject category.
• Now "rolling over" courses into being considered electives if the primary subject area credit requirements have been met.

Teacher Certification Scheduled Job

• Updated so that school types can be chosen to run the job for; School Type school field can be set on School Info.
