The Progress Monitoring Completion Report is used to review students with incomplete IEP or EP progress monitoring reports. This screen is enabled when one or both of the preferences "Lock Posting to Quarter Grade Posting Window" and "Lock Posting to Progress Periods Posting Window" are enabled in SSS > General > IEP/EP Progress Reports tab for IEP Progress Monitoring or EP Progress Monitoring. Users with the View profile permission to this report will receive Portal alerts beginning one week before the grade posting window closes for a marking period, indicating the number of students with incomplete progress reports. The user can click the Portal alert link to view the Progress Monitoring Completion Report.
In Users > Profiles, there are separate sub-permissions for the School Report and District Summary tabs.
The School Report tab displays students with incomplete IEP or EP progress monitoring reports at the school.
1. In the SSS menu, click Progress Monitoring Completion Report.
Alternatively, click the link in the Portal alert.
2. In the School Report tab, select the quarter or progress period to view in the Progress Period pull-down and click Submit.
Students with incomplete progress monitoring reports for the selected quarter/progress period at the school are listed.
3. Click the Student Name link to open the IEP or EP Goals Progress Report screen in a new tab.
4. Click the Student ID link to open Student Info in a new tab.
The District Summary tab displays the total number of students without progress monitoring for the schools you have access to. You must have access to multiple schools to view this report, as well as have the "District Summary" profile permission for the Progress Monitoring Completion Report.
1. In the SSS menu, click Progress Monitoring Completion Report.
2. Click the District Summary tab.
3. Select the quarter or progress period to view in the Progress Period pull-down and click Submit.
The report lists each school you have access to, and the number of Students Without Progress Monitoring at each school. A Total is displayed at the bottom of the table for all schools.
